How much sleep are your kids suppose to get...


Back to school time plays havoc with family schedules...and that effects everyone's sleep.  Now, chances are YOU aren't getting enough sleep, but what about your kids?

Kids ages 2-5: 12-13 hours a day

Kids 6-11:  10-11 hours

Kids 12-14:  9-10 hours

Kids 15-17:  9-10 hours


Sadly, most kids aren't getting enough sleep these days. 

I know I'm not :(
