Get A Better Nights Sleep!

A new article from the National Sleep Foundation shows that sticking one foot out of the covers when you fall asleep can actually help you get a better nights sleep! The experts say the skin on your feet is different than the rest of your body and help cool your body down enough to drift into a sound sleep.

I don't know about you, but if that's all I have to do to sleep better...I'm down!
