Allergy season SUCKS!
Here are some easy tricks to help keep them at bay... or at least tolerable.
1. Shampoo your eyelashes. Seriously, pollen locks onto your eyelashes... by using soap & water you can get more of those pesky pollens off your eyes. Then, less itchy eyes.
2. Eat Yogurt! Some scientist in Italy have proven that 2 cups of plain yogurt help allergy attacks by 40%. That's a big number... So, try it!
3. Drink Iced Tea. Black or Green tea have enough antioxidants to help suppress your body from producing an allergy trigger. (Immunoglobulin E...if you want to look it up.
So... to ease Allergies, shampoo your eyes, eat yogurt, and sip on the iced tea! Sounds kinda relaxing to me.
