My sister in law is a teacher.  She is also getting married in a 5 weeks. So, starting with those two reasons, we were both due for some rest & relaxation.  She drove over and met me at The Waldorf Astoria Orlando.

O.M.G.  Yes, as you can imagine with a name like that it was a luxury filled stay.  We spa'd, and slept, and curled up in sun beams like kitty cats.  In fact, we were so lazy that after our amazing massages & facials at the Spa by Guerlain...

We walked around the gorgeous grounds, went back to our suite, ordered in room service, watch a Bob Marley Documentary (which was a very interesting movie) and went to bed!  But right before we turned in, we watched the amazing Disney fireworks from Epcot & Magic Kingdom.  It was certainly a room with a view!

Rest & relaxation... CHECK!

PS... I actually ran into some of my friends who had come there to celebrate Father's Day Weekend. Small World indeed! And you can bet, when the time is right... my little family will be back to enjoy all that the Waldorf Astoria Orlando has to offer.  From kids activities, S'Mores by the pool, Star viewing classes, etc. And I was pleasantly surprised by the rates. It's easy to say this weekend was a HOME RUN!
