I had such a great weekend! It started with Friday night happy hour at Latitudes and it turned into GNO a.k.a. Girls Night Out!  Those are the best GNO's...spontaneous ones!

Let's just say it was a much needed 'letting your hair down' kind of a night.  The next day, it was the 'Kentucky Derby Party'. I went all out with my outfit for that one!  Mike, my hubby, is from Kentucky so it's a big deal to him.  (Don't know why my girlfriends and I are all so shiny here! lol)

BTW, I called the winner of the derby.  The horse was called 'I'll have another' and I chose him solely based on his name...of course.  He won and I soooooo wish I had actually put money on it. UGH! Kicking myself today!  If you bet him to win the whole thing you would have won $32 for every $1 you bet!  WTH! I would be rich.

Right after that party ended...another one began. I had an appearance at Ember for Cinco de Mayo.  It was sooo packed. There was a pub crawl that came through with drunk people as far as the eye could see. Met some great listeners and they hung out with me (I was alone at first) until my friends showed up!  Thanks again guys! 

And of course...Ember wouldn't be complete without running into a friend of yours dressed in a full CHICKEN costume! ??!!!????  Yup!  Here's my friend Brent...I had no idea it was him at the bar until I went up to him to ask him to take a picture with me. I was like, "Brent!? is that you?"

And I can't forget my Saucy Sunday.  Spent most of it reading this little 'delight'.  As much as I want to pick up the Wall Street Journal to feel smart and up to date...I just can't put this one down.
