I had been wondering who in the world would be able to live up to Christian Grey's character in the "50 Shades of Grey" movie.  And of course I find out, I wasn't the only one! 

A listener emailed me asking begging me for ANY info at all on the movie, like when it's coming out, who will play Christian Grey and who will be Anastasia Steele.

I have good news and bad news.  The good news is that there are some details on the movie.  The bad news is that there isn't anything set in stone as far as who will play the main characters.

What we know:

-Recently we found out who will be producing the first installment of the movie.  Two of the same producers behind the hit movie, "The Social Network" will be behind the Mommy Porn movie.  They are Michael DeLuca and Dana Brunetti.

-Alexander Skaarsgard from "True Blood" says he has not been offered the role nor has he read the book, but he would be interested in the role.

-Channing Tatum said the only way he would play the role is if his wife could play Anastasia Steele.

-Henry Cavill of the “Immortals” has also been rumored to play the part, as well as actor Ryan Gosling, both who were rated high for the part of Christian in recent fan popularity polls

-Ian Somerhalder from Vampire Diaries is probably top choice in polls so far

-E.L. James says no one is confirmed BUT she will take her fans' suggestions and desires into consideration!!!

-That means we might actually be able to hand pick the role!

-Regarding Ana Steele, Lisa Parker of FiftyShadesFilm.com and MTV News said, "The role [of Ana] is pivotal: maybe an ‘it’ girl like Allison Williams or Jennifer Lawrence ... or someone wanting to take their career to the next level like Felicity Jones, Lily Collins, or Katie Cassidy.”

-a recent Twitter poll voted Alexis Bledel and Emmy Rossum as top contenders...I personally vote for Alexis Bledel and Lucy Hale!!!
